The record of the Trial Court is directed to be sent back to the concerned Trial Court so that the application of the applicant for renewal of the passport is duly considered. It is also made clear that the Trial Court shall decide the said application without being influenced by the stay order granted by this Court. After the order is passed on the said application the Trial Court shall send the record back to this Court.
