Needless to observe that if the disputes are not resolved, the Court would be required to hear the parties and pass appropriate orders.
5 List all the pending Interim Applications on the adjourned date.
6 Ad-interim relief passed earlier shall continue to operate till the next date.
7 Stand over to 10th April, 2023.
