Section 5(1) in The Haryana New Mandi Townships Building Rules, 1967
(1)Every person intending to erect or-re-erect any building, shall give notice of his intention to do so, in writing, in form A to the Administrator and shall, at the same time, submit :(a)a site plan as required under Rule 6;(b)a building plan as required under Rule 7; and(c)details of specification of the work to be executed in form B.
