1. Ld. counsel appearing for the petitioner points out that in terms of the order dated 14.11.2022, the complainant in the instant case itself has withdrawn the complaint from the court of Ld. SCJ/RC/PHC/New Delhi.
2. She has placed on record a copy of order dated 14.11.2022.
3. In view thereof, instant petition has rendered infructuous and the same is, therefore, dismissed.
4. The petitioner would be at liberty to take appropriate recourse in case so necessitated.
