Section 1 in The Rajasthan Housing Schemes (Land Acquisition) Act, 1960
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Rajasthan Housing Schemes (Land Acquisition) Act, 1960.(2)It shall come into force at once.(3)It shall remain in force for a period of twenty years only.
