Section 42 in Andhra Pradesh Co-Operative Societies Rules, 1964
42. Transactions with non-members.
- No Society shall enter into any transaction with a person other than a member unless:-(a)the bye-laws of the society permit it to enter into such transaction, and(b)the previous sanction of the Registrar has been obtained by the society for entering into such transaction.
