15. Fees for opening Digital Locker account.
(1)The Digital Locker service provider shall charge such fee or service charges from subscribers or users, as may be notified by the Government or Digital Locker authority.(2)Subject to sub-rule (1), Digital Locker service provider shall provide an up-to-date fee schedule or scale of service charges to all its subscribers and users.
