Section 17(1)(i) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005

(i)The State Government may appoint one of its officers not below the rank of Deputy Labour Commissioner as Secretary to the State Advisory Committee and appoint such other staff being in the service of the State Government, as it may think necessary, to enable such committee to carry out its functions.
