Section 46 in THE DELHI SKILL AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP UNIVERSITY ACT, 2019
46. Honorary degree:- If not less than two-third of the members of the Senate recommend that an honorary
degree, or academic distinction be conferred on any person on the ground that he is, in their opinion, by reason ofeminent attainment and position, fit and proper to receive such degree or academic distinction, the Chancellor may,by an order, decide that the same may be conferred on the person recommended.
