Section 2(40) in Uttarakhand Panchayati Raj Act, 2016
(40)"Electoral Rolls of Legislative Assembly " means such electoral rolls or any election area of the State Legislative Assembly which is prepared according or under the provisions of the Representation of the People Act, 1951;
