1. Allowed, subject to the petitioner filing typed/legible copies of the documents before the next date of hearing. 2. Arguments have been advanced by Mr Puneet Agarwal, learned counsel for the petitioners. We have also heard Mr V. Lakshmikumaran, learned senior counsel, who has been appointed as Amicus Curiae in the matter.
3. We may also record that insofar as WP(C.) 5557/2021 is concerned, Mr Agarwal has stated that the entire refund claimed, excluding the interest, has been received by the petitioner.
4. Counsel for the respondents will address arguments on 05.05.2022.
5. In the meanwhile, Mr Lakshikumaran, Mr Agarwal and the counsel for the respondents will file their written submissions, not exceeding three pages each, at least three days before the next date of hearing.
6. In addition thereto, Mr Agarwal will also give the facts in each of the cases in a landscape mode, and file the same before the next date of hearing.
