(2)[ During the period any land of which possession is taken under section 6A or retaken under sub-section (3) of section 9B remains in the possession of an authorised person, all disputes relating to the exercise of any rights in respect of such land shall be decided by the Collector in such manner as may be prescribed.] [Section 25 re-numbered as sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) added by Act 24 of 1948.]
