Section 1 in The Haryana Requisitioning and Acquisition of Immovable Property Act, 1973
1. Short title and extent.
(1)This Act may be called the Haryana Requisitioning and Acquisition of Immovable Property Act, 1973.(2)It extents to the whole of the State of Haryana.
