44. Variation of housing, improvement or building schemes.
- The Board may at any time vary any housing, improvement or building scheme or any part thereof included in the budget approved by the Government:Provided that no such variation shall be made if it involves an expenditure in excess of ten per cent of the amount as included in the budget approved by the Government for the execution of any housing, improvement or building scheme or if it affects the scope or purpose of any such scheme.
