(1)A Committee of Management shall meet at such intervals and follow such procedure in exercising its powers and discharging its duties and functions as may be prescribed, but the day-to-day proceedings and routine business shall be disposed of in accordance with regulations made by the Committee of Management and approved by the State Government.
