Date : 21-12-2018 Heard Mr. H.R.A. Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioner. Issue notice, returnable within 4(four) weeks. In this petition, the allegation of the petitioner is that petitioner's promotion was cancelled without issuing a shows cause notice.
Interim prayer will be hard on the next date fixed. In the meantime, till the next returnable date, the impugned cancellation order dated 01.11.2018 shall remain suspended.
