62. List of Shareholders.
- (i) For the purpose of election of Directors mentioned in clause(e) of section 10, of the Act, a separate list shall be prepared of the shareholders mentioned in clause (d) of sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Act.(ii)Such a list shall contain the names of the shareholders, their registered addresses in India, the number and distinguishing numbers of shares held by them with the dates on which the shares were registered and the number of votes to which they will be entitled on the date fixed for the election and copies of such list shall be available for purchase atleast three weeks before the date fixed for the election at a price per copy to be decided by the Managing Director, on application at the Head Office of the Corporation.
