(2)In the event of failure of a registered society to submit the prescribed returns and reports within the prescribed time, the Registrar may impose a fine not exceeding Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) and further the Registrar may by an order in writing in this behalf, authorize any person to prepare the same and the cost of preparing them shall be recoverable from the society in addition to the fine imposed by him.Audit and Account.
