The New Mangalore Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 2005Published vide Notification No. G.S.R. 468(E), dated 12th July, 2005Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways(Department of Shipping)(Ports Wing)G.S.R. 468(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 124, read with Sub-section (1) of Section 132 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby approves the New Mangalore Port Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 2005 made by the Board of Trustees of New Mangalore Port Trust as set out in the Schedule annexed to this Notification.The said Regulations shall come into force from the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette.

New Mangalore Port TrustIn exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Board of Trustees of the New Mangalore Port Trust hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the New Mangalore Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations, 1980 as amended from time to time.

These Regulations may be called the New Mangalore Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 2005.

In the existing New Mangalore Port Trust Employees (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations, 1980 amended from time to time, after Sl.No. 177, add the new schedules 178 & 179 as below :Proposed
