1. All these matters are listed for directions because on the last occasion we were told that there are common questions of law. Today we find that this is inaccurate.
2. Writ Petition (L) No. 24740 of 2023 is distinct from the others. By consent list this Writ Petition on 12th October 2023. We will take up Writ Petition No. 782 of 2023 on the same day as well.
3. The remaining Writ Petitions i.e., Writ Petition (L) No. 21266 of 2023 and Writ Petition (L) No. 25576 of 2021 will be taken on 20th October 2023. All Affidavits in Reply in these two Writ Petitions are to be filed and served by 13th October 2023. No Affidavits in Rejoinder without leave of the Court.
4. Writ Petition (L) No. 25858 of 2023 pertains to a separate issue entirely. It is to be detagged. Affidavits in Reply are to be filed and served by 20th October 2023, subject to such administrative directions as are necessary, list the matter on 31st October 2023.
