25. Resignation of Chairman and Vice-Chairman.
(1)The Chairman may resign from his office by writing under his hand addressed to the State Marketing Officer and such resignation shall take effect from the date it is accepted by the State Marketing Officer.(2)The Vice-Chairman may resign from his office by writing under his hand addressed to the Chairman and such resignation shall take effect from the date it is accepted by the Chairman.
