43. Costs in appeals.
(1)Where an appeal is dismissed the appellate authority may fix the costs of the appeal which shall be payable by the appellant.(2)In any appeal where a local inspection is required the appellant shall deposit in advance the full costs of such inspection as determined to the appellate authority.
