- There shall be a secretarial committee in order to verify and ensure fulfillment of the tasks as per the undertakings provided by the sponsoring body and compliance to the guidelines for self-financed University as per GR No. USG. 2006/(254/2006)/UNI-4, dated 29th May 2013. The Committee shall submit its report to the Government. The State Government shall then, publish the notification, only after which the University shall become operational.The Committee shall consist of Secretaries of Higher and Technical Education Department, Finance Department and Planning Department.
