Section 23(1) in Delhi Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1962
(1)The [Government] [Substituted vide The Delhi Motor Vehicles Taxation (Amendment) Act, 2004.] may, subject to the condition of previous publication, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
