Section 1 in Tamil Nadu Cyclone and Flood Affected Areas Cultivating Tenants (Special Provisions) Act, 1986
1. Short title and application.
(1)This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Cyclone and Flood Affected Areas Cultivating Tenants (Special Provisions) Act, 1986.(2)It applies to all cultivating tenants in the cyclone and flood affected areas specified in the Schedule to this Act.
