Section 1 in Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act, 2001
1. Short title, commencement and extent.
(1)This Act may be called the Raj Co-operative Societies Act. 2001.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, [by] [Notification No F. 12 (15) Coop./2000 dated 13-11-2002 Published in Rajasthan Gazette E.O.
