Section 6(2) in Symbiosis Skills and Open University Act, 2017
(2)The university shall adopt government policy and orders issued, from time to time, in regard to the reservation for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Denotified Tribes (Vimukta Jatis), Nomadic Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Other Backward Category for the purpose of admission of students in the University departments and institutions.
