Section 44 in The Haryana Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2014
44. Furnishing of returns etc.
- Every clinical establishment shall, within such time or within such extended time, furnish to the concerned District Authority for Clinical Establishment or State Authority for Clinical Establishment, such returns or the statistics and other information in such manner, as may be prescribed.
