Section 197 in The Bihar Motor Vehicles Rules, 1992
197. Prohibition of erection or placing of sign or advertisements on roads.
- No person shall place or erect or cause or allow to be placed or erected, on any road, any sign or advertisement-in such a way as to obscure any traffic signs from view or any sign or advertisement which is so similar in appearance to a traffic sign as to be misleading.
