                                                       ORDER

This application has been filed by the plaintiff for permission to file the documents listed in the schedule to the Judge's summons. In the affidavit in support, it is stated that the documents were received recently and were not available at the time of filing the plaint.

2. Learned counsel for the defendants submit that the application may be allowed subject to the right of the defendants to raise objections inter alia on the grounds of admissibility, relevance and proof at the time of trial.

3. Considering the reasons set out in the affidavit and being satisfied that reasonable cause is shown, this application is allowed subject to the right of the defendants to file the affidavit of admission / denial in respect thereof and to raise objections inter alia on the grounds of admissibility, relevance and proof in course of trial.
