Section 385 in The Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation Act, 1981
385. Sale in unlicensed private market.
- It shall not be lawful for any person to sell or expose for sale any animal or article in any unlicensed private market or on the streets or road margins. The Commissioner may seize the animal or article exposed for sale in any unlicensed private or the street or road margins and produce the same before the court of competent jurisdiction.
