Section 1(2) in The Orissa Electricity Reform (Transfer of Assets, Liabilities, Proceedings and Personnel of Gridco to Distribution Companies) Rules, 1998
(2)These rules shall extend to the whole of the territory of the State of Orissa and also to Assets, Liabilities, Proceedings and Personnel of Gridco situated outside the State.
