15. Protection of actions of the prescribed authority under this Act.
- No suit or prosecution shall be entertained against the prescribed authority or any other officer of the department authorized under this Act acting under the order or directions of superior authority of the department, for anything, which is done by him in good faith or intended to be done under this Act or any rule made thereunder.
