                             ORDER

PER SAKTIJIT DEY, JM:

The instant appeal of the assessee arises out of order dated 05.02.2018 passed by learned Principal Commissioner of Income Tax (PCIT), Karnal, for the assessment year 2013-14.

2. Dr. Rakesh Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the assessee, at the outset, submitted that during the pendency of the present appeal, the Assessing Officer has passed the consequential order in terms with the direction of learned PCIT 2 ITA No. 2594/Del/2018 AY: 2013-14 and made certain additions. He submitted, while deciding assessee's appeal contesting additions made by the Assessing Officer, learned Commissioner (Appeals) has deleted them. Therefore, on instruction, learned counsel for the assessee submitted that the assessee would not like to pursue the present appeal any further and may be permitted to withdraw the appeal.

3. Learned Departmental Representative did not express any objection to the aforesaid request of the assessee.

4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the assessee and considering the fact that the assessee has got desired relief before learned Commissioner (Appeals), we permit the assessee to withdraw the present appeal. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. In the result, the appeal is dismissed.
