(5)The Government after considering all such objections and suggestions as required under Sub-rule (4) shall publish the final notification making alternation, if any, in Form IV showing the division of the area of the Corporation not wards and reservation of seats therein as required under Sub-section (1) of Section 60 and shall forward forthwith a copy of such notification to the Election Commission, to the concerned District Magistrate and to the Corporation.
