(13)remove or injure any statute, canopy, fountain and fountain pond, post, chain, railing, fences, seat, barrier, gate, cage, notice-board, table or play articles or any scientific objects, or any other matter or thing in the park appurtenant thereto or deface or disfigure the same by pasting or affixing in any way any bill, play-card or notice or by cutting, writing, stamping, printing, drawing thereon,
