This order shall dispose of the above titled writ petitions as the same arise out of the similar set of facts and question of law.
The writ petitions challenge some orders passed by the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh, which by a notification has come within the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal. The Registry is directed to transfer the case file to Central Administrative Tribunal at Chandigarh, which shall dispose of the same in accordance with law, after serving notice to both the parties.
