Section 11(1) in The Gujarat Mineral Rights Tax Act, 1985
(1)Where any tax or penalty or both are due under the provisions of this Act, the Taxation Officer shall serve upon the holder a notice of demand in the prescribed form specifying the sum so payable to the State Government.
