The Mediator has taken several meetings. One of the other party has remained absent and the final report is not available. Although both the Counsel submitted that the mediation is not very successful, the mediator is directed to file her written statement, stating that the proposals were made.
With the aforesaid, list for the report on 11.02.2016. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Mediator for compliance.
