Section 25(3) in The Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University Act, 1978
(3)Each Board shall consist of at least four members:Provided that where the number of members is less than four the Vice-Chancellor shall nominate such number of members as may be necessary to make up the deficiency subject however, to the condition that the total number of co-opted and nominated members shall not exceed three.
