(2)The regulations framed under section 109 shall, subject to the prior approval of the authority competent to frame such bye-laws, be deemed to be incorporated in the bye-laws framed under section 349 (a) of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 and under section 260 of the New Delhi Municipal Act and in the corresponding bye-laws regulating building construction under any law for the time being in force.
