(4)The order of the Sub-Deputy Collector under sub-Section (4) of Section 4, confirming or refusing to confirm the declaration shall be published in the notice board in office of the Sub- Deputy Collector as well as the office of the Gaon Panchayat within whose jurisdiction the land covered by the declaration is situated.
