Section 172(3) in The West Bengal Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989
(3)A passenger shall -(i)produce during the journey any ticket issued to him;(ii)surrender the ticket on the completion of the journey for which it is issued to him;(iii)not take any seat at the back of the driver in the driver's cabin nor distract the driver's attention in any way when the driver is driving the vehicle.
