Section 79 in Puducherry Town and Country Planning Act, 1969
79. Power to delegate.
- The Senior Town Planner may, by an order in writing, delegate any power exercisable by him under this Act, rules or regulations to any officer of the Government or local authority in such case and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified therein.
