In section 101 of the principal Act(a)in the marginal heading and in sub-section (1), for the words “Survey Commissioner” occurring at both the places, the word “Collector” shall be substituted;(b)in sub-sections (1) and (2), for the words and figures “section 21 of the Indian Penal Code”, at both the places where they occur, the words, brackets and figures “clause (28) of section 2 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023” shall be substituted.
