Section 112(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Forest (Protection) Force Rules, 2012
(1)Every member of the Force submitting an appeal shall do so separately in his own name. An appeal forwarded through or countersigned by a legal practitioner or a defence counsel or a friend shall not be entertained and the same shall be returned to the appellant with the direction to submit it directly and under his signature.
