Section 207(6) in The Coal Mines Regulations, 2017
(6)Shot-firers and their helpers shall-(a)not use battery operated watches, mobile phone, synthetic clothes and socks;(b)use only conductive type of foot-wears; and(c)in case of leather shoes or boots, the sole shall also be of leather and without hobnails.
