Section 60(4) in The Orissa Veterinary Practitioners Rules, 1976
(4)There shall be maintained a Register of Grant that may be made by the State Government, showing the amount sanctioned, date of drawal, amount of expenditure incurred, and the balance, if any at the end of the financial year.
