Section 18A(4) in The Rajasthan Irrigation and Drainage Act, 1954
(4)If any such person does not pay the whole or his share as the case may be, of such cost or a part thereof, the same shall on the demand of the Divisional Irrigation Officer, be recovered by the Collector as an arrear of land revenue.]
