Section 7B(1) in The M.P. Panchayat Raj Avam Gram Swaraj Adhiniyam, 1993
(1)The Gram Nirman Samiti shall Act as an agency of Gram Panchayat and shall execute all construction works and other works entrusted by the Gram Panchayat or Gram Sabha, upto five lac rupees.
